SUSTAINABILITY

Sustainable from the roots

Even at the start-up phase, when the commitment to sustainability did not yet have a name, all our efforts and actions were already in line with the passion and vision for a better and more sustainable society.

Today we are proud to be an active player in the circular economy, keeping the same perspective, continuing our journey: optimizing each phase of the production process, selecting and adopting the best available raw materials, driven by efficiency, durability and recyclability of our products considering their whole life cycle.

Revolution wasn't made in one day

Since the Kyoto Protocol all summoned countries were committed to drastically reduce carbon footprint within 2030.

Since 2018 Eceplast has signed a voluntary pledge in response to the European Commission’s request for a plastics strategy, committing to collect and recycle all linerbags sold within the EU market. Our participation proves what a natural and complementary extension of a long-standing vision this has always been for us.

Telling ourselves already 25 years ago that we cannot cut plastics out from our daily lives was the most crucial truth to face, and it motivated us as a company, opening new opportunities and offering new challenges.

Having come together with our clients, we were able to develop packaging solutions that reduce the continuous exploitation of virgin raw materials and guarantee all-round safety and protection, improving the quality of logistics, supply chains and our lives.
